1. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, I’m pleased to offer free shipping for all orders. This is my way of saying thank you for choosing Gibson-london and supporting my small business.


2. Can I track my order?

Absolutely! Once the product is on its way, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to follow your horse journey from my workshop to your door.


3. What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is my top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the products within 14 days of receipt. The products must be unused and in their original packaging. Please visit our return policy for more details, or contact me at info@gibson-london.com to initiate the return process.


4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I do! I’m excited to ship my products worldwide. International shipping times and costs vary depending on the location. If you’re located outside the USA and wish to place an order, feel free to contact me for more information.


     

    5. What payment methods do you accept?

    I accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Amex, and Discover. You can also pay securely using Paypal.


    6. Can I cancel or change my order?

    If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact me as soon as possible at info@gibson-london.com. If the products have not yet been processed, I will do my best to accommodate your request. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellations or changes may no longer be possible.
