Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority

At Gibson-london, I place great importance on the quality and craftsmanship of every piece I create. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, I am here to help.


Returns

  • Timeframe:
    You have 14 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, I can no longer offer you a refund or exchange. Cancellations are possible up to 24 hours after ordering.

  • Condition:
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.

  • Process:
    To initiate a return, please email me at info@gibson-london.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item. I will provide instructions on how and where to send the return. Please note that I do not offer free returns. Returns are sent directly to my fulfillment company in Asia.


Refunds

  • Inspection:
    Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Processing:
    If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within :7-18 business days.


Late or missing refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact me at info@gibson-london.com.

Exchanges

  • Damaged or defective items:
    I only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange the item for the same one, please email me at info@gibson-london.com, and I will gladly assist you with the exchange process.

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.
